Unfortunately, the train link between Uelzen and Lüneburg has Schienenersatzverkehr (Replacement) Bus starting on May 1st.
In case the Deutsche Bahn App shows train links, the info is wrong.
So this year, you would need to organize a car to access it.

This is a yearly event, so it is worth posting anyway to enable you to plan your next year’s Walpurgis / Beltaine May 1st public holiday.
